E-Festival Flachau | Gourmet Tour presented by Kaloveo

Nature enjoyment meets culinary delights: On this unique tour, you will experience the beautiful landscape amidst the breathtaking Alpine scenery in and around Flachau. You can treat yourself to typical Austrian delicacies at a total of five of the most beautiful spots in the region. The gourmet tour is a true highlight for sporty connoisseurs and will definitely remain in your memory!

Attention: For spontaneous pleasure bikers, there is the opportunity to register on-site on the same day until 10:00 AM.

Stop 1: Schloss Höch
The special ambiance of Schloss Höch and its castle garden, accompanied by classical yet electronic music. Freshly prepared coffee specialties from the barista and a small, sweet temptation await you.

Stop 2: Hundsalzhof
Farmhouse feeling & a fantastic view of the Flachau valley. Enjoy sustainable & aromatic dairy products from the Hundsalzhof's own farming (yogurt, curd & curd spread, fresh & sliced cheese).

Stop 3: Winterbauer
At one of the most beautiful spots in the region, the main course consists of either a confit salmon trout from the own pond with root vegetables, horseradish, and organic garden chives or chanterelle dumplings on potato foam with pumpkin seed miso lamb's lettuce.

Stop 4: Sattelbauer
One of the favorite products from our own farming? Clearly the honey from the dark bees! To finish, there's a bee sting tiramisu in a glass & a delightful honey schnapps with a grand view of the Dachstein massif and the Bishop's cap.

Stop 5: Aprés Bike Lounge presented by Edelweiss
The ideal location to reflect on the tour in the cozy après-bike lounge with a cool drink and electronic beats in a laid-back festival atmosphere.
