We start the route at the minigolf course in Flachau and head to the Enns cycling path, following it for several kilometres. At Radstadt we leave it and continue to Untertauern. Once at the destination, we return along the same route, except for a small detour to the Radstadt golf course.
Check the functionality of your mountain bike before every ride and inform yourself about the weather in advance. For your own safety, wearing a helmet is also recommended.
The basic equipment of a mountain biker includes:
- Protective gear
- Snacks for in between
- Sunglasses, sunscreen or rain protection if necessary
- Mobile phone
Parking spaces are available in the town centre of Flachau (BBF Center & Minigolf parking).
From June to September, the Sportwelt bus is the ideal shuttle and return service for your bike tours throughout the region (Flachau, Wagrain-Kleinarl, St. Johann-Alpendorf, Radstadt, Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, Eben, Filzmoos, Obertauern, Großarl & Hüttschlag).
With the "Guest Mobility Ticket" you can use the Sportwelt bus free of charge. You will receive the ticket from your host.
