Start in the center of Flachau/Minigolf - follow the Enns Bike Path towards the end of the valley to Flachauwinkl – pass the Flachauwinkl bathing lake at km 3.5 - pass the valley station of the Flachauwinkl/Zauchensee ski carousel at km 6 - at km 15 turn right towards Marbachalmen (start of gravel road / barrier) - follow the gravel road into the beautiful alpine valley at the foot of the distinctive Faulkogel - several inns along the Marbachtal - return on the same route to Flachau
Before each ride, check the functionality of your gravel bike and inform yourself about the weather in advance. For your own safety, wearing a helmet is also recommended.
The basic equipment of a gravel biker includes:
- Protective gear and suitable clothing
- Snacks for in between
- Sunglasses, if necessary sun cream or rain protection
- Mobile phone
Parking options in the town center of Flachau (BBF/Minigolf)
From the end of June to early October, the Sportweltbus is the ideal shuttle and return service for your bike rides in the entire region (Salzburger Sportwelt & Obertauern).
With the "Guest Mobility Ticket" you can use the Sportweltbus free of charge. You receive the ticket from your host.
