Start at Flachau Tourism - cross the bridge and enter the bike path to the left - follow the Ennsradweg to Altenmarkt and continue towards Eben - always east of the railway tracks, after about 1.5 km reach the L219, the Filzmoser state road - after about 500 m turn left - follow the ascending road (several farms are passed) - a long section through the forest follows - at the intersection follow the sign with the number SW 63 - upon arrival in St.Martin turn left and follow the signs to Eben - return to Flachau via the bike path
Check the functionality of your mountain bike before each ride and check the weather in advance. For your own safety, wearing a helmet is also recommended.
Basic equipment for a mountain biker includes:

- Snacks for in between
- Sunglasses, possibly sunscreen or rain protection
- Mobile phone
