The snowshoe route begins in Reitdorf, 50 meters behind the Opel Esser car workshop, and first goes uphill through the Reiteckwald forest and continues to the Tauern cross-country ski trail. Then it follows the trail towards Wagrain and after about 1 km turns right along the winter hiking trail to the idyllic Schloss Höch. After another loop next to the trail, it returns via the ascent path back to Reitdorf.
Participation on the route is at your own risk. Local conditions must be observed carefully.
