We start the route at the mini golf course in Flachau, get on the Ennsrad cycle path and follow it for several kilometers to the neighboring town of Radstadt. At Radstadt, we leave this path and continue on the Taurach cycle path to Untertauern. At the destination, except for a small detour to the Radstadt golf course, we return the same way.
Check the functionality of your gravel bike before every ride and inform yourself about the weather in advance. For your own safety, wearing a helmet is also recommended.
The basic equipment for a gravel biker includes:
- Protective gear and suitable clothing
- Snacks for in between
- Sunglasses, possibly sunscreen or rain protection
- Mobile phone
Parking is available in the center of Flachau (BBF Center & Mini golf parking lot).
From the end of June to the beginning of October, the Sportwelt bus is the ideal shuttle and return service for your bike rides in the entire region (Salzburger Sportwelt & Obertauern).
With the "Guest Mobility Ticket" you can use the Sportwelt bus free of charge. You receive the ticket from your host.
